Jhunu Mali has completed her Masters in Youth Empowerment Programme from Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development. Post her academic endeavors, she got associated with several youth development programmes, on pan India scale. Beginning her career with an internship at Quest Alliance in Bangalore, she moved on to the role of Life Skills Trainer with a private training agency in Chennai.
Jhunu’s experience in youth and adolescent development programmes has been far and varied. She worked for Roorkee Engineering and Management Technology Institute as a Personality Development Officer and later joined Bright Future, a youth and adolescent development agency in Mumbai as a Cluster Coordinator.
Jhunu Mali has been the proud author of a published research work, compiled in the form of a book, under the subject: ‘Career Aspiration of Married Working Women in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh’. She has also been associated with training programmes on ‘Enhancing Competence of Youth in dealing with child labour’. In her earlier days, she has also served as a National Service Scheme (NSS) member for a period of five years
