Krupali Bidaye is an enthusiastic and passionate development sector practitioner, with a core belief in a rights-based approach. She is currently working as a Senior Project Coordinator, at SAKSHUM, and is the key link for the State Program Coordination for UNICEF, she also looks into monitoring and evaluating the Gender Transformative School Program, and takes care of the designing of training modules, reviewing the various program and activities under SAKSHUM. Krupali brings with her diverse experience of working in areas of social inclusion, disability, and gender, through Rajasthan Grameen Vikas Parishad, Swachh Bharat Mission, Govt. of Chhattisgarh, UNICEF Chattisgarh, WaterAid India, USAID India. She also has been a Member, of the State Planning Commission, Govt. of Chhattisgarh, and has contributed to the drafting of Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act 2019. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys cooking delectable meals, brainstorming ideas for her next podcast, or penning imaginative stories for children.
